摘要
目的探讨儿科护理管理中应用安全管理的护理价值。方法本文回顾分析2016年2月~2017年6月在我院门诊就诊的70例患儿为研究对象,并采用数字表法随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组患儿应用常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组护理基础联合安全管理护理干预。比较两组患儿的护理满意率、安全管理评分及护患纠纷发生率。结果观察组患儿的总护理满意率(97.14%)明显高于对照组(77.14%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理后的安全管理评分(94.8±3.9)分明显高于对照组(71.3±4.1)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的护患纠纷率(5.71%)明显低于对照组(22.86%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中应用安全管理能够提高患儿及家属对护理的满意度,保证了患儿的安全,且降低了护患纠纷的发生率,值得在临床护理管理中应用推广。
Objective To explore the nursing value of safety management in pediatric nursing management. Methods 70 cases children with conducted to investigate from February 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35).Pediatric children were treated in the control group.Nursing Basis Joint Safety Management Nursing Intervention.The scores of nursing satisfaction,safety management score and nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The overall nursing satisfaction rate (97.14%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.14%),and there was significant difference (P 〈0.05).The safety management score (94.8±3.9) was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (71.3±4.1),and there was significant difference (P 〈0.05).The rate of nursing care (5.71%) was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (22.86%),and there was significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Pediatric nursing management in the application of safety management can improve the satisfaction of children and their families to care,to ensure the safety of children,and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,worthy of clinical care management in the application of promotion.
