核因子-κB在新诊断2型糖尿病肥胖患者中的作用

Role of nuclear factor-κB in newly diagnosed obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨核因子-κB在新诊断2型糖尿病肥胖患者中的作用。方法选择新诊断2型糖尿病患者50例来自内科住院(非肥胖者22例,肥胖者28例)。分离血标本外周单个核细胞检测其中NF-κB p65 mRNA表达水平,以β-actin为内参照。结果新诊断2型糖尿病肥胖组间血清炎症因子hsCRP高于非肥胖组(P<0.01);2型糖尿病肥胖组间NF-κB p65mRNA水平显著高于非肥胖组(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析提示NF-κB、hsCRP、TG与肥胖呈正相关(P<0.05),Hb A1C与肥胖呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB在新诊断2型糖尿病肥胖患者的表达水平升高,提示可能参与2型糖尿病肥胖患者炎症的发生。

Objective To investigate the role of nuclear factor-κB in newly diagnosed obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were hospitalized from internal medicine（non-obese group 22,obese group 28）.The expression of NF-κB p65 mRNA was detected by peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs）,and β-actin was used as internal reference. Results The serum levels of hsCRP in newly diagnosed obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than non-obese group （P 〈0.01）.The expression of NF-κB p65mRNA in newly diagnosed obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significantly higher than that of non-obese group （P 〈0.01）. Logistic regression analysis showed that NF-κB, hsCRP and TG were positively correlated with obesity （P 〈0.05）,and HbA1C was negatively correlated with obesity （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of NF-κB in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus High, suggesting that may be involved in type 2 diabetes obesity in patients with inflammation.
