妈富隆联合补肾周期治疗卵巢储备低下的临床疗效分析

The clinical curative effect of Marvelon combined with Bushen in the treatment of diminished ovary reserve

目的研究分别使用妈富隆联合坤泰、妈富隆联合和常规激素替代疗法治疗卵巢储备低下的临床治疗效果。方法以2014年6月~2016年6月本院共计120例的患卵巢储备低下(DOR)病症患者为研究对象,所有病者分为实验观察组一(妈富隆联合坤泰)、实验观察组二(妈富隆联合滋肾育胎丸)以及常规对照组(补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮)三组,每组40例,对每组研究对象进行为期3个月的治疗。通过对血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(FSH/LH)、雌二醇(E2)以及窦卵泡发育情况的记录,比较分析各组治疗前后的变化。结果实验观察组二的治疗有效率为90%,实验观察组一的治疗有效率为85%,常规对照组的治疗有效率为70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在与治疗之前的各组血清促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇的指标水平相比较,均有所降低(P<0.05),窦卵泡数量均有增加(P<0.05),但实验观察组二的血清促卵泡激素、黄体生成素等各项指标水平情况都要比实验观察组一以及常规对照组优秀(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆联合滋肾育胎丸针对卵巢储备功能低下的治疗效果要比妈富隆联合坤泰的效果和常规的补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮的效果要优秀。同时在减低FSH和FSH/LH含量水平和提升窦卵泡发育数量有着良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different therapeutic methods on diminished ovary reserve. Methods 120 cases of patients with diminished ovary reserve from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were chosen as the research object,and divided into the A group （marvelon and Kuntai）,B group（Marvelon combined with Zishenyutai pill） and control group （estradiol valerate combined with Angong yellow ketone body）,each group of 40 cases.The subjects in each group were treated for 3 months.FSH,FSH/LH,E2 and the development of antral follicles were recorded,and the changes of those before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in B group was 90%,the effective rate of treatment in the A group was 85%,and the effective rate of the control group was 70%（P 〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum FSH,LH and E2 decreased after treatment （P 〈0.05）,and the number of antral vesicles increased （P 〈0.05）.The levels of serum FSH and LH in the B group were better than those in the A group and the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of Marvelon combined with Zishenyutai pill in the treatment of diminished ovary reserve is obviously better than that of the Marvelon combined with Kuntai and estradiol valerate combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate.At the same time,it has a good effect on decreasing the levels of FSH and FSH/LH and increasing the number of antral vesicle development.
