闽东地区畲族与汉族哮喘患者的呼出气一氧化氮、炎症表型及肺功能的差异比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究闽东地区畲族与汉族成人哮喘患者呼出气一氧化氮浓度(FeNO)、炎症表型、肺功能的差异。方法收集2014年1月~2017年2月就诊于笔者科室的成人哮喘患者200例,按不同民族将其分为畲族组和汉族组各100例。两组患者均进行FeNO、炎症表型(诱导痰细胞分类)及肺功能(PEF、FEV1%)等相关检查,并进一步行统计学分析,比较两组间的差异。结果在FeNO、炎症表型(诱导痰细胞分类)方面,两组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),畲族患者的FeNO水平以高水平最多,中水平居中,低水平最少;汉族患者的FeNO水平以低水平最多,高水平居中,低水平最少。畲族患者的诱导痰细胞分类以嗜酸性最多,混合性最少,汉族患者以嗜中性最多,混合性最少。而在肺功能方面(PEF、FEV1%),两组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论闽东地区成人哮喘患者的FeNO水平及炎症表型(诱导痰细胞分类)在畲族和汉族中存在差异,提示可能受不同民族影响,而肺功能(PEF、FEV1%)水平无明差异,可以作为一个稳定的哮喘诊断和评估指标。 Objective To study the differences of nitric oxide (NO), inflammatory phenotype and pulmonary function in exhaled air of patients with asthma in She and Han adults in eastern Fujian. Methods 200 cases of adult asthma patients who were enrolled in the author's department from January 2014 to February 2017 were divided into 100 groups of She and Han groups according to different ethnic groups. All the patients were treated with FeNO, inflammatory phenotype (induced sputum cell classification) and pulmonary function(PEF、FEV1%), and further statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences between the two groups. Results In FeNO, inflammatory phenotype (induced sputum cell classification), the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P 〈0.05), the she minority patient's level of FeNO member at a high level, most of the level in the middle and low level at least; The FeNO levels of han patients were at the most low level, with high levels of middle and low middle levels. The induction cell classification of the she minority patients was the most eosinophilic and the least mixed. The han patients had the most neutrophil and the least mixed. In terms of lung function (PEF, FEV1 %), there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The levels of FeNO and inflammatory phenotype (induced sputum cell classification) in adults and adults in eastern Fujian are different in the She and Han, suggesting that they may be affected by different ethnic groups, and the level of pulmonary function (PEF、FEV1%)may be different. It can be used as a stable asthma diagnosis And evaluation indicators.
