子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及对卵巢功能的影响

The clinical effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine myoma and its effect on ovarian function

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的疗效,并分析其对卵巢功能的影响。方法抽取我院2015年4月~2016年8月收治的子宫肌瘤患者106例为研究对象,根据患者所用术式分组:53例行经腹子宫全切术治疗者为对照组,53例行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗者为观察组,随访1年,观察两组临床疗效及卵巢功能变化情况。结果 (1)观察组术后不同时段血流动力学指标水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组术后不同时段P、E2、LH、FSH、PRL水平均优于对照组(P>0.05),且观察组术后1年卵巢功能指标水平与术前无统计学差异(P>0.05);(3)观察组术后1年治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤治疗中子宫动脉栓塞术疗效确切,且对血流动力学、卵巢功能影响较小,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of uterine artery embolization in patients with hysteromyoma and its effect on ovarian function. Methods 106 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into groups according to the methods of operation 53 cases were treated by abdominal hysterectomy as control group, and 53 cases were treated by uterine arterial embolization. Follow up for 1 years, the clinical effect of the two groups and the changes of ovarian function were observed. Results （1）The hemodynamic indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. （2）The levels of P, E2, LH, FSH and PRL in the observation group were better than those in the control group at different time points （P 〉0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the ovarian function index between the observation group and the control group 1 years after operation （P〉0.05）. （3）The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 1 years after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Uterine arterial embolization is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids, and it has little effect on hemodynamics and ovarian function.
