针对性护理对老年冠心病患者负面心理状态及生活质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of targeted nursing on negative psychological state and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的研究针对性护理应用于老年冠心病患者中对患者负面心理状态以及生活质量的影响。方法在2012年3月~2017年2月深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院收治的老年冠心病患者中选出78例,随机分成两组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理,对比两组的SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分。结果护理2周后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理2周后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病患者临床护理服务中应用针对性护理有助于稳定患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing on negative psychological state and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected from Fifth People＇s hospitals in Longgang District of Shenzhen from March 2012 to February 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given specific nursing on the basis of this, and the SAS score, SDS score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of nursing, the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. After 2 weeks of nursing, the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of targeted nursing care in the clinical nursing service for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can help to stabilize the patient＇s bad mood and improve the quality of life.
