高校女生妇科疾病首诊科室的选择意向分析

Analysis on the first contact department choice of female college students with gynecological diseases

目的了解女大学生妇科疾病在基层医疗机构就医科室选择意向,为满足患者的服务需求,实现科室间的相互合作及有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法对2014年9月~2015年6月间因妇科疾病在某高校医院就诊的1391例病例进行整理分为月经异常、痛经、生殖道感染、乳腺疾病、其他共五类,再将各类疾病与首诊科室进行对应分析。结果女大学生妇科疾病首诊科室分布有差异(P<0.05),其中64.0%首诊在妇科门诊,22.7%在中医科,13.3%在全科;对应分析显示,生殖道感染和痛经的首选科室是妇科,月经异常首选科室是中医科,乳腺疾病首选科室是全科。结论女大学生妇科疾病就医在选择首诊科室上有差异,不同妇科疾病首诊科室选择的意向不同;为提高诊疗效果,及时、合理的"双向转诊"以及降低妇科疾病的发生率,有必要加强科室间的相互合作和制定相关的干预措施。

Objective To understand the intention of female college students to choose department of gynecological diseases in primary medical institutions,in order to meet the needs of patients,to achieve mutual cooperation between departments and to provide a basis for targeted health education. Methods From September 2014 to June 2015,1391 cases of gynecological diseases in a university hospital were reviewed and divided into abnormal menstruation,dysmenorrhea,genital tract infection,breast disease,other categories.The corresponding analysis was carried out between various diseases and the department of first diagnosis. Results There was significant difference in the distribution of gynecological diseases among female college students（P〈0.05）.64.0% of them were in gynecological outpatient department,22.7% in Chinese medicine department and 13.3% in general department.The first choice department of genital tract infection and dysmenorrheal was gynecology,the first choice department of menstruation was traditional Chinese medicine,the first choice of breast diseases was general department. Conclusion Female college students have differences in the choice of treatment of gynecological diseases on the first diagnosis,different gynecological diseases has different intention to choose the first department.In order to improve the treatment effect,timely and reasonable ＂two-way referral＂and reduction of the incidence of gynecological diseases,it is necessary to strengthen mutual cooperation between departments and formulate the related intervention measures.
