电子支气管镜技术在难治性肺炎中的临床应用价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的难治性肺炎患者应用电子支气管技术诊疗的临床效果讨论研究。方法本实验共选取60例难治性肺炎患者为研究对象,按照双盲法将所有患者分成对照组和研究组,医护人员将传统常规诊疗方法和电子支气管镜技术分别应用于两组患者临床治疗中,对比分析两组患者相关临床指标数据变化情况。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者临床治疗总有效率更高、热程及肺部啰音消失时间更短、不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05),研究组患者临床效果突出。结论难治性肺炎患者在临床治疗过程中应用电子支气管镜技术能够有效控制病情发展、改善临床症状,进一步提高患者临床治疗效果,同时还能够最大程度控制不良反应的发生,该治疗方法能够满足预期临床疗效要求还能够保证治疗的安全性。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electronic bronchus technique in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory pneumonia. Methods In this study,60 patients with refractory pneumonia were selected and divided into control group and study group according to double blind method.The traditional routine diagnosis and treatment methods and electronic bronchoscopy were applied to the clinical treatment of the two groups of patients respectively,and the data changes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher,the duration of fever and lung rale disappeared was shorter,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P 〈0.05).The clinical effect of the patients in the study group was remarkable. Conclusion The application of electronic bronchoscopy in the clinical treatment of patients with refractory pneumonia can effectively control the development of the disease,improve the clinical symptoms,and further improve the clinical treatment effect of the patients,can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and maximize the control of adverse reactions The treatment can meet the expected clinical efficacy requirements and ensure the safety of the treatment.
