摘要
高职院校学生管理工作在整个学校管理系统中处于非常重要的地位,新形势下高职学生管理面临新的困境,学生管理工作人员必须探索高职学生管理规律,构建立德树人、细微化管理、学生自我管理、无为而治的管理理念,积极寻找高职学生管理新模式,"三阶段八环节"学生管理模式是一种新的管理模式,将其贯穿于高职整个学生管理过程,有助于学生树立正确"三观",坚定"四个自信"推动学生健康全面发展。
The management of students in vocational colleges plays an important role in the whole school management system and the management of vocational college students is facing new difficulties under the new situation. Student management staff must explore the management rules, construct moral education, subtle management, student self - management, inac-tion management concept and look for a new management model - “Three Stages and Eight Links”. If it runs through the whole process of student management in vocational colleges, it will help students establish a correct u three viewsand strengthen the “four self - confidence” to promote students’ all - round development.
