摘要
提高高职院校的教学质量水平,必须拥有大批优秀的教职员工,但优秀教师流失率较高,一定程度上影响了职业教育发展。从现代管理角度出发,强化教学团队管理显得尤为必要。笔者运用因子分析法从承诺型人力资源管理角度确定了4个主要的影响因素,通过评价学院的管理水平,指出了教职员工管理侧重点。
To improve the quality of teaching in vocational colleges, we must have a large number of excellent faculties and staffs, but the higher turnover rate of outstanding teachers affects the development of vocational education to a certain ex-tent. From the point of modern management, strengthening the teaching team management is particularly necessary. The author uses factor analysis to determine the four main influencing factors from the perspective of commitment human re-source management. By evaluating the management level of the college, the author points out the emphasis of faculty and staff management.
