摘要
为了实现全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)盘型滚刀刀圈的国产化,分析了国内外不同材质刀圈在实际使用过程中的各种不同失效形式,分析了其化学成分、金相组织、硬度及冲击功等不同性能指标,并对刀圈的生产工艺,特别是对材料的成分和熔炼工艺进行了充分的研究和分析,开发出了具有高硬度、高韧性的滚刀刀圈材料及生产工艺。
in order to realize the whole section tunnel boring machine (TBM) localization of hob cutter ring plate type, different material knife circle both at home and abroad are analyzed in the process of actual use of various failure modesL analyses the chemical compositionL microstructureL hardnessL and the different performance indicators such as impact energy, and the production process of knife circle, especially on the composition and melting process of fully research and analysis, developed with high hardness and high toughness hob cutter ring material and production process.
