近年来随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对机械化施工设备产品的需求越来越大,各种劳动强度大、安全性能低的工程施工设备淘汰率也越来越高。钎钢钎具作为工程机械的配套工具,我们的企业需要加快新产品的研制与开发,才能适应变化迅速的市场。在公路和铁路工程中的隧道开挖、巷道掘进、采矿凿岩以及露天矿山、采石场、水泥生产石料场和水利水电等施工项目中,使用液压凿岩钻车的数量越来越多,钻孔向着大孔径、大深度方向发展,对钻孔效率和直线度提出了更高的要求。所需的重型凿岩钎杆正朝着高品质、粗直径、超长度的方向发展。为了满足市场需求,我们采用连续驱动摩擦焊接工艺,通过理论计算和矿山试验,开发出了高品质重型快换钎杆以及提高钻孔直线度的导向钎杆等系列钻具,产品质量接近国外先进水平,受到用户的好评。

With the rapid development of China ’ s economy, the demand for mechanized construction machinery is constantly increasing, and various construction equipments which are high in labor intensity and low in safety performance are phased out at an increasing rate. Rock drilling steels and tools are accessories for the construction machinery, so, the related enterprises shall speed up in the research and development of their new products to adapt to the quickly-changing market. In the tunnel excavation of the road and railway constructions, drift boring, mining and rock drilling, as well as constructions in open pits, quarries, stone fields for cement production and hydro ＆ power projects, the hydraulic drilling jumbos have seen increasing applications. Holes, tending to be large diameter and long depth, pose higher requirements on the drilling efficiency and linear. The required heavy-duty drilling rods have the tendency of high quality, large diameter and long depth. To meeting the market demands, based on theoretical computation and mine tests, we developed heavy-duty quickly-disconnected drilling rods of high quality as we as a series of drilling tools including guided drilling rod which can increase the linear of a hole in the continuous drive friction welding process. These products approached international advanced level and won high praise from their customers in term of quality.
