国内主要制钎企业的锥形钎对比分析

Comparison and Analysis of Tapered Drilling Rods from Leading Domestic Drilling Rods Enterprises

锥形钎是国内矿山开采、隧道和水利工程掘进、岩石破碎等工程施工中钻凿炮孔的主要工具之一,市场需求由顶峰的12万吨降至目前的5万吨,萎缩50%以上,但生产企业仍有30余家,产能严重过剩,竞争激烈。为抢夺市场和适应大功率凿岩机的需要,包括我们贵钢公司在内的几家主要制钎企业,都在不断地稳定和提升产品质量,最大限度地为客户提供优质的产品和优良的服务,满足客户需求。本文对目前国内几家主要锥形钎制钎企业的使用材料、钎杆制钎工艺及现场凿岩进尺等情况进行了对比分析,可为客户配套选用和制钎企业进一步优化工艺,稳定和提升产品质量提供参考。

Though tapered drilling rods are one of primary tools for drilling blast holes in engineering constructions such as mine exploitation, tunnel and hydro projects excavation, rock breaking in China, their market demand decreased from the highest 120 thousand tons to the current 50 thousand tons, shrinking by more than 50%. However,there are still over 30 enterprises producing taper drilling rods, leading to extremely excess capacity and fiercely competition. In order to seize the market and meet the demands of high-power rock drillers, several drilling rods makers including GUIYANG are constantly maintaining and improving product quality and doing their best to offer clients high-quality products and great services, meeting demands from their clients. In this paper, materials, manufacturing processes of drilling rod and field drilling footages from several tapered drilling rods makers were compared and analyzed, providing reference for client selecting drilling rods and makers further refining their process, maintaining and improving product quality.
