二氧化钼滴水料和板结消除方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 二氧化钼滴水料和板结对于钼粉颗粒形貌有很大的影响,进而会影响到后续产品的加工。研究了二氧化钼滴水料和板结的消除方法,分析了二氧化钼滴水料和板结的成因,采用回氢管道竖管部分和管道管头部分进行保温处理和低温炉工艺优化。通过对低温炉工艺前后对比,二氧化钼和钼粉扫描电镜及筛上物分析,结果表明:改进后消除了二氧化钼滴水料和板结,并且生成的MoO_2比常规方法生产的MoO_2松散、颗粒均匀、筛上物少;钼粉颗粒大小比较均匀,团聚明显减少,钼粉质量得到改善。 This paper studies the elimination method of molybdenum dioxide dripping and plate. The cause of molybdenum dioxide dripping and plate is analyzed. The thermal insulation treatment and low-temperature furnace process optimization are carried out by using the back-up pipe of the hydrogen pipe and the pipe head part, through the comparison of the low-temperature furnace process and the analysis of molybdenum dioxide and molybdenum powder SEM and the sieve. The results show that molybdenum dioxide dripping and plate are eliminated, which shows molybdenum dioxide is loose than the conventional method with uniform particles and less molybdenum powder sifter. The particle size of molybdenum powder was more uniform, with significantly reduced agglomeration and improved molybdenum powder quality.
