摘要
为提高煤炭生产自动化水平,神东煤炭集团公司通过搭建矿井生产专用环网,引进德国PSIMining控制系统,将煤矿各子系统高度集成在同一平台,实现了神东煤炭集团公司"四矿五井"煤炭生产的集中控制。同时,按矿井各子系统职能的不同,分别设置专业调度,转型了煤矿安全生产调度体系。区域中央自动化控制技术的研究与应用,优化了煤矿生产工艺流程,促进了煤炭企业管理变革,达到了"减员提效、智能化生产"的目的。
In order to improve the automation level of mine production,by establishing mine production private ring network and introducing PSIMing control system from Germany,the subsystems in coal mines were highly integrated in one platform,and the centralized control system of mine production of"four mines and five pits"in Shendong Coal Group was realized. Meanwhile,based on the different functions of all mine subsystems,the professional scheduling was set. By the research and application of regional central automation control,the production process of coal mines was optimized,the reform of coal enterprise management was promoted,and the goal of"raising efficiency by decreasing staff and intelligent production"was achieved.
