如何继"世界工厂"之后成长为具有全球影响力的科技创新中心,是新阶段中国国家战略的核心取向。在2006年创新国家战略提出之后,经过十年的努力,中国正在形成以"双创"为导向的新经济。在成为一个创新国家的过程中,中国对世界的贡献不仅表现在科技创新领域,而且表现在制度和文化方面。
How to grow into a global scientific and technological innovation center after the stage of ＂world factory＂ is the core orientation of China＇s national strategy in the new era. Ten years after the national innovation strategy was proposed in 2006, China is forming a new ,ME＆IM oriented economy.
