Application of mobile positioning belt coal feeder in the loading of vertical storage bunker

通过对立式储煤仓下口装车过程的分析,提出传统的闸门或固定带式给煤机装车方式中的过程繁琐、控制不准确、对操作工人要求高等问题,通过研究设计移动定位带式给煤机,实现对装车过程精准控制,改进工艺,提高效率。

Based on the analysis of the loading process of the vertical storage bunker,the problems of complicated process,inaccurate control and high requirements to the operator in the traditional loading methods of the gate or stationary belt feeder were pointed out. Through the research and design of mobile positioning belt coal feeder,the accurate control of the loading process was achieved,and the efficiency was improved.
