乳化液泵站是用于供给井下综采工作面液压支架高压乳化液的动力装置,其工作状态直接影响液压支架的支护效果。根据神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿综采工作面在用KAMAT大流量变频乳化液泵站的检修情况,总结了大流量变频乳化液泵站的常见故障及排除方法。
The emulsion pump station is used to supply the high pressure emulsion for hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face,and its working condition directly affects the supporting effect of the hydraulic support. based on the maintenance conditions of KAMAT emulsion pump station with large flow and variable frequency in fully mechanized mining face of Daliuta coal mine,the common faults and treatment methods of emulsion pump station with large flow and variable frequency were summarized.
