摘要
为研究柞树叶的营养特性,采集丹东地区的5种柞树叶进行基础营养成分测定。测得柞树叶中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗多糖、粗灰分、粗纤维含量分别为1.84%~5.73%、0.23%~0.42%、1.04%~3.87%、1.71%~3.67%、9.50%~18.67%,总黄酮含量为0.34%~1.27%,柞叶中矿质元素及维生素含量丰富,其中蒙古栎、尖柞、辽东栎还含有一定量的硒。5种柞树叶均有较高的营养价值,在医药食品行业有很好的应用前景。
To study the nutrition characteristics of tussah leaves,five kinds of tussah leaves were collected in Dandong area,and their nutrient contents were measured according to national standard of basic nutrition measurement of tussah leaf.The results show the contents of crude protein,crude fat,crude polysaccharide,crude ash,and crude fiber were respectively 1.84% ~5.73%,0.23% ~0.42%,1.04%~3.87%,1.71%~3.67% and 9.50%~18.67%,the total flavonoid content was 0.34%~1.27%.It reveals that the mineral elements and vitamin content in tussah leaves were abundant,among which Mongolia oak,Tip oak and Liaodong oak contain certain amount of Se.The five kinds of tussah leaves all have high nutritional value and wonderful potential of application in medicine and food industry.
