摘要
为检测盐酸恩诺沙星可溶性粉对家蚕细菌病的抑制作用,采用倍比稀释法进行了体外抑菌实验,测得黑胸败血病和灵菌败血病病原菌共70个菌株的最大MIC值分别为1μg/mL、2μg/mL,低于家蚕添食本药品后最低血药浓度,表明供试菌株对该药品敏感。
To test the inhibitive effect of enrofloxacin hydrochloride soluble powder on silkworm bacteriosis,the doubling dilution method was employed to carry out the bacteriostasis test in vitro by determining the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).It was tested that Bacillus spp.and Serratia marcescens(Sm)were major pathogens for silkworms.The highest MIC to seventy tested strains was1μg/ml and 2μg/ml respectively which was lower than the lowest blood concentration after the silkworm were fed medicines.The result shows the tested strains are sensitive to this formulation.
