The Design and Construction of Beijing Comprehensive Underground Pipeline Information System

地下管线是城市生存和发展的生命线,城市管理、规划、设计、建设以及应急管理等都需要准确和完整的地下管线信息。为实现对北京市综合地下管线资料的信息化管理,北京市测绘院进行了北京市综合地下管线信息系统的建设。本文阐述了北京市综合地下管线信息系统建设的目的意义、总体设计、系统功能和数据库建设以及系统应用情况,并介绍了管线信息动态维护更新机制。

Underground pipelines are lifeline of the city＇s survival and development,and urban management,planning,design,construction and emergency management require accurate and complete underground pipeline information.In order to realize informationalized management to the comprehensive underground pipeline in Beijing,Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping carried out the construction of the Beijing comprehensive underground pipeline information system.This paper discusses the objective and meaning,the overall design,functions,database construction and applications of Beijing comprehensive underground pipeline information system.And the paper also introduces the updating mechanism of dynamic maintenance of the pipeline informations.
