摘要
[目的]评价3,5-二氯苯酚对沉水植物穗状狐尾藻的毒性。[方法]以穗状狐尾藻为试验对象,进行14 d生长抑制毒性试验。[结果]14 d茎长ErC_(50)为2.84 mg/L,95%置信限为0.90~8.97 mg/L;14 d总茎长EyC_(50)为2.08 mg/L,95%置信限为0.91~4.79 mg/L;14 d鲜重ErC_(50)为2.83 mg/L,95%置信限为1.68~4.77 mg/L;14 d鲜重EyC_(50)为1.55 mg/L,95%置信限为1.09~2.21 mg/L;14 d干重ErC_(50)为2.76 mg/L,95%置信限为1.83~4.18 mg/L;14 d干重EyC_(50)为1.63 mg/L,95%置信限为1.25-2.13 mg/L。[结论]3,5-二氯苯酚对沉水植物穗状狐尾藻具有一定毒性作用,可以作为穗状狐尾藻毒性试验的参比物。
[ Objective] To evaluate the toxicity of 3 ,5-dichloropheno on a submerged plant Myriophyllum spicatum. [ Method] A 14 days of growth inhibition toxicity test was conducted on Myriophyllum spicatum as the test species. [ Result] The 14 days ErC50 of total shoot length was 2. 84 mg/L, and the 95% confidence interval was 0. 90 - 8. 97 mg/L. The 14 days EyC50 of total shoot length was 2. 08 mg/L, and the 95% confidence interval was 0. 91 -4. 79 mg/L. The 14 days ErC50 of fresh weight was 2. 83 mg/L, and the 95% confidence interval was 1. 68 -4. 77 mg/L. The 14 days EyC50 of fresh wight was 1.55 mg/L, and the 95% confidence interval was 1. 09 - 2. 21 mg/L. The 14 days ErC50 of dry weight was 2. 76 mg/L, and the 95% confidence interval was 1. 83 - 4. 18 mg/L. The 14 days EyC50 of fresh wight was 1.63 mg/L, and the 95% confidence interval was 1. 25 -2. 13 mg/L. [ Conclusion]3 ,5-dichloropheno was considered to have toxic effect on the submerged plant, Myriophyllum spicatum, which is suitable to be a reference substance of Myriophyllum spicatum toxicity test.
