YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同对烤烟产量、病虫害防控及土壤改良的影响

Effects of YCB-Ⅱ Cooperating with Fertilizer and Pesticides on Yield,Diseases and Pests Control of Tobaccos and Soil Improvement

[目的]进一步研究YCB-Ⅱ与化肥、农药的协同作用。[方法]采用田间小区试验,设常规施肥不打农药(CK)、常规施肥+正常打药(T_1)、正常打药+YCB-Ⅱ(T_2)、常规施肥+YCB-Ⅱ(T_3)和常规施肥+正常打药+YCB-Ⅱ(T_4)5个处理,研究YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同对烤烟产量、病虫害防控及土壤改良的影响。[结果]YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同能增加烤烟产量、产值,降低烤烟病虫害并且提高土壤肥力,相比于CK、T_1、T_2、T_3处理,T_4处理产量依次增加80.9%、7.1%、173.4%和58.5%,产值分别增加73.7%、7.7%、296.8%和47.2%。T_4处理较CK、T_1、T_2和T_3处理均能显著降低(T_1处理黑腐病除外)烤烟黑胫病、黑腐病、根结线虫病和普通花叶病,平均可降低51.0%、42.4%、46.3%和40.1%。同时,T_4处理可显著提高土壤pH、土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾,分别增加9.3%、187.0%、38.9%、62.7%和175.7%。[结论]YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同能将其效力发挥到最大。

[ Objective] To research the synergistic effect among YCB-II,fertilizers and pesticides. [Method] A field plot test was adopted inclu-ding five experiments （fertilization not pesticide, CK ; fertilization ＋ pesticide, T1 ; pesticides ＋ YCB-Ⅱ,T2 ; fertilization ＋ YCB-Ⅱ,T3 ; fertiliza-tion ＋ pesticide ＋ YCB-Ⅱ,T4） to study the effects of YCB-Ⅱ synergy with fertilization and pesticides on yield,diseases and pests control of tobac-co and soil improvement. [ Result] YCB-Ⅱ cooperating with fertilizer and pesticides can increase tobacco yield and production value,reduce the to-bacco diseases and pests,and also improve soil fertility. Compared with CK,T1 ,T2 and T3 treatment,T4 treatment increased by 80. 9% ,7. 1% , 173.4% and 58.5% in yield and by 73.7% ,7.7% ,296. 8% and 47.2% in production value,respectively. Meanwhile,T4 treatment can reduce significantly black shank,black rot,root-knot nematode and tobacco mosaic virus than CK,T1 ,T2 and T3 treatment,average reducing by 51.0% , 42.4% ,46. 3% and 40. 1% respectively. Otherwise,T4 treatment can also increase the soil pH,organic matter,available nitrogen,available phos-phorus and available potassium,increasing by 9.3% ,187.0% ,38. 9% ,62. 7% and 175. 7% respectively. [ Conclusion] YCB-Ⅱ can maximize theeffectiveness cooperating with fertilizer and pesticides.
