摘要
[目的]探讨传统方法和绿色方法提取的迷迭香净油的品质差异。[方法]通过对迷迭香净油的感官指标、组成成分、主要活性物质的含量以及清除DPPH自由基(DPPH·)的能力进行分析,比较回流提取法、油提法和超声油提法所得迷迭香净油的品质。[结果]回流提取法和超声油提法制备的迷迭香净油在感官和得率等指标上相近。3种迷迭香净油均含有多种芳香成分和维生素E(VE),超声油提迷迭香净油(Ab-us)VE含量最高,回流提取迷迭香净油(Ab-cv)VE含量最低,油提取迷迭香净油(Ab-o)还含有一定量的甾醇。Ab-us含有迷迭香酸,其抗氧化物的含量最高,体外抗氧化活性和贮藏稳定性优于其余2种净油,是具有开发价值的天然抗氧化剂。[结论]研究可为迷迭香净油的制备及工业应用提供理论依据。
[ Objective] To study the quality difference of rosemary absolute oil which was extracted by traditional method and green method.[Method ] Rosemary absolute oils extracted by heat reflux extraction, oil extraction and ultrasound-assisted oil extraction were compared through the analysis of sensory index, chemical compositions, content of active ingredients and scavenging effects of DPPH radicals. [ Result] Results showed that the sensory and yield of rosemary absolute oils extracted by heat reflux extraction and ultrasound-assisted oil extraction were similarity and better than that extracted by oil extraction. All of the rosemary absolute oils contented multiple aroma constituents and vita-min E ( VE ). Among them rosemary absolute oil extracted by ultrasound-assisted oil extraction (Ab-us) had the highest content of VE while rosemary absolute oil extracted by heat reflux extraction (Ab-cv) had the lowest. Rosemary absolute oil extracted by oil extraction also con-tented sterol. Rosmarinic acid was found in Ab-us. Ab-us not only had obvious advantages on the antioxidant content, but also on the antioxi-dant activity in vitro and storage stability. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide a theoretical basis for the preparation and industrial application of rosemary oil.
