黔产野生水芹总黄酮提取率的比较 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]选取黔产野生水芹(下文简称水芹),比较不同提取方法下水芹总黄酮提取率的差异,考察水芹总黄酮最佳提取方法。[方法]以65%乙醇为溶剂,采用水浴、索氏、微波、超声4种提取方法分别提取水芹中的总黄酮,利用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。[结果]采用水浴、超声、微波、索氏提取出的总黄酮含量分别为0.052 5、0.057 1、0.066 1、0.027 6 mg/g,水芹总黄酮的较佳提取方法为水浴、超声、微波。[结论]从时间成本、方法简便、提取物含量等因素综合考虑,建议使用微波提取。 [ Objective] The wild water dropwort in Guizhou(hereinafter referred to as water celery) was taken as material, the extraction yield of different extraction methods for water celery was compared, and the optimal total flavonoids extraction method of water celery was studied.[Method] The total flavonoids of water celery was extracted by four extraction methods like water bath, Soxhlet, microwave and ultrasonic, with ethanol as solvent, and the total flavonoids content was determined by using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. [Result] The flavonoids contents of water celery extracted by water bath, ultrasonic, microwave and Soxhlet were 0. 052 5,0. 057 1 and 0. 066 1 and 0. 027 6 mg/g, respectively, among them the better extraction methods of total flavonoids from water celery were water bath, ultrasonic and microwave. [ Con-clusion ]Comprehensive considering in aspects of time, extract content and method, the flavonoids contents of water celery shoud be extracted by using microwave extraction method.
