自透接装纸对卷烟质量影响的回归分析研究

Regression Analysis of Cigarette Quality with Natural Gas Permeable Tipping Paper

[目的]探讨不同透气度水平的自透接装纸与不同无胶区宽度胶辊的组合对卷烟产品质量的影响。[方法]采用不同的自透接装纸与不同无胶区宽度的胶辊进行组合试验卷制卷烟样品,并与常规的激光打孔接装纸卷烟样品进行比较,通过标准方法进行相关评价。[结果]当胶辊无胶区宽度由4 mm增加到6 mm时,卷烟总通风率增加比较明显,焦油、烟碱、CO值降低比较明显,烟香更丰满、细腻、谐调,余味更纯净舒适。[结论]自透接装纸的卷烟内在质量普遍好于激光打孔接装纸的卷烟样品。

[ Objective ] The influence of natural gas permeable tipping paper with different air permeability and width of roller free zone on the quality of cigarette products was discussed. [Method]The cigarette samples were prepared by different self penetrating paper and rubber roll with different rubber free width, and compared with the conventional laser perforated cigarette samples. [ Result ] When the width of non adhesive zone increased from 4 mm to 6 mm, the total ventilation rate of cigarettes increased obviously, Tar, nicotine, CO value decreased significantly, The a-roma of the cigarettes more plump, delicate, harmonious, comfortable tasted more pure. [ Conclusion] Cigarette quality of natural gas permeable tipping paper is generally better than that of laser punched tipping paper.
