我国高等农林教育发展对策研究

Countermeasures for the Development of Higher Agricultural and Forestry Education in China

梳理了我国高等农林教育的发展历史以及我国高等农林教育的现状,将我国高等农林教育存在的问题总结为对农林教育地位、作用认识不足,优质生源不足,农林教育发展阻力大,办学条件与发展需求存在矛盾,学生动手实践能力不强,农林专业毕业生就业情况不乐观等。在此基础上,提出我国高等农林教育发展的对策,要求提高对农林教育的认识,提高农林生源质量和拓展就业渠道,深化高等农林教育改革,提高人才培养质量。

Carding the development history and the status of Chinas higher education of agriculture and forestry, the problems were summarized as the lack of understanding of the status and role of agriculture and forestry education, the lack of high-quality students,a large obstacle in the development of higher agricultural and forestry education,contradiction between running conditions and development demand,the students＇ practical ability is not strong, the employment situation of graduates majoring in agriculture and forestry is not optimistic. On this basis,countermeas-ures were put forward. It needed to improve our understanding of agriculture and forestry education, improve the quality of students and expand employment channels, deepen the reform of higher agricultural and forestry education, and improve the quality of personnel training.
