高分遥感影像在三亚市“双修双城”工程中的应用

Application of High Resolution Satellite Images in“Shuangxiu Shuangcheng”Project of Sanya

作为全国唯一的"双修双城"试点城市,推行"城市修补、生态修复"和"海绵城市、综合管廊建设"为三亚市发展注入新活力。三亚市正在推进的"双修双城"变化成果显著,并能为今后其他城市的推广提供经验。高分辨率遥感影像可精细、快速、大面积提取"双修双城"的变化及其建设成果。本文利用获取的三亚高分影像并结合地面调查,通过土地利用分类和变化检测,提取了"双修双城"建设中的相关变化信息:发现(1)"双修"建设中主要对海岸、河道、湿地等进行了有效修复。(2)"双城"工程主要对城市公园、城市绿地等进行了建设。遥感大范围监测成果可及时为相关部门监测、管理工程建设,并制定建设方案提供重要依据和技术支持。

As the only pilot city of ＂ Shuangxiu Shuangcheng＂,it will inject new vitality to the development of Sanya that promoting the ＂ urban restoration,ecological restoration＂ and ＂ sponge city,integrated corridor construction＂.Sanya is promoting the ＂ Shuangxiu Shuangcheng＂,which had significant changes,and it will provide experiences to other cities in the future.High resolution satellite images can extract the changes and construction achievements of ＂Shuangxiu Shuangcheng＂.Combining with the high resolution satellite images and ground investigation,this paper has extracted the relevant changes of ＂Shuangxiu Shuangcheng＂ in construction through the land use classification and change detection.The result has shown that：（1） ＂ Shuangxiu＂ construction has been conducted effectively repair on the coast,river,wetland and so on.（2） ＂ Shuangcheng＂ construction has been conducted on city parks,urban green space and other construction.The large scale monitoring results of Remote Sensing can provide important basis and technical support in time for the relevant departments to monitor and manage the construction,and develop the construction scheme.
