The Design and Function Development of the Rural Land Ownership Data Processing Software

根据农村土地承包经营权确权工作的特点,基于土地确权的工作流程和AutoCAD平台,设计和开发了集自动识别地块四至、权利人、地块编码、合同面积、公示图、公示图注记、一键生成所有表格、一键检查修复点线拓扑错误于一体的综合数据处理系统。该系统结构简单、操作方便、功能全面,能够大批量处理野外测量采集的界址点数据,极大地提高了土地确权数据处理的效率,节约了时间和人力物力。

According to the characteristics of the contracted management right of rural land ownership,based on land ownership work flow and AutoCAD platform,designed and developed a set of automatic identification four plots of land,the owner,land block coding,contract acreage,public figure,publicity chart notes,build the integrated data table at one time,a check and repair point line topology error at in one processing system.This system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation and comprehensive function,and can handle large quantities of boundary point data acquired by field measuring.So the system greatly improves the efficiency of the data processing of land ownership and saves plenty of time as well as manpower and material resources.
