老年急性下消化道出血患者的结肠镜检查

摘要 结肠镜检查是诊断急性下消化道出血（LGIB）的最佳方法,不仅可以识别出血源,还可决定进一步的治疗方法[1].尽管急诊结肠镜检查是非常必要的,但是多数老年患者存在多重疾病和多重用药,特别是因心脑血管疾病而经常使用抗凝药物,有可能增加结肠镜检查相关不良事件发生风险.然而遗憾的是,老年患者肠道准备和内镜干预的安全性仍然是未知的,缺乏指南或共识意见,临床医生往往凭经验和“胆识”选择是否进行该项检查,导致一定数量的LGIB患者失去早期干预的机会,甚至造成严重后果.本文复习国内外文献.
