摘要
目的利用生物信息学技术研究基因干扰素调节因子7(IRF7)及其编码蛋白质的基本理化性质、功能与结构,为宫颈癌的预防和治疗奠定理论基础。方法从Gen Bank数据库中获取基因IRF7序列,利用ORF Finder、ProtParam、In-ter ProScan、Motif Scan、NetPhos、PSORT、TM-HMM、Signal P、MEGA6.0、SOPMA、SWISS-MODEL等软件分析基因IRF7结构及其编码蛋白质的基本理化性质、功能与结构。结果 IRF7蛋白质属于亲水蛋白,不含有信号肽,不属于跨膜蛋白,亚细胞定位结果显示可能位于核中;含有多个磷酸位点,二级结构中无规则卷曲占有较大的比例。结论通过生物信息学分析,进一步了解了基因IRF7及其编码蛋白质,为深入研究奠定了理论基础。
Objective To investigate the basic physicochemical property,function and structure of gene interferon regulation factor-7(IRF7)and its encoding protein by bioinformatics technology,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods The sequence of gene IRF7 was obtained from Gen Bank database,the basic physicochemical property,function and structure of gene interferon regulation factor 7(IRF7)and its encoding protein were analyzed by ORF Finder,Prot Param,In-ter Pro Scan,Motif Scan,Net Phos,PSORT,TM-HMM,Signal P,MEGA6.0,SOPMA,SWISS-MODEL and so on. Results IRF7 protein was a hydrophilic protein without signal peptide,but not transmembrane protein,and the subcellular localization showed that IRF7 might be located in the nucleus. IRF7 protein contained multi-site phosphorylation,and the random coil occupied a large proportion in secondary structure. Conclusion More particular information of gene IRF7 and its encoding protein has been obtained by bioinformatics analysis,laying theoretical basis for further research.
