慢性荨麻疹患者血清IL-17 IL-23 TGF-β水平检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的检测白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、IL-23、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)在慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者血清中的水平,探讨其在CU中的诊断作用。方法选取2015年7月至2016年11月重庆医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科收治的72例CU患者作为观察组,另选取健康体检者20例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测两组研究对象血清中IL-17、IL-23、TGF-β水平,并对其进行对比分析。结果观察组患者IL-17、IL-23、TGF-β水平[分别为(3.32±1.27)pg/m L、(23.85±19.76)pg/m L、(39.95±17.90)ng/m L]明显高于对照组[分别为(1.89±0.74)pg/m L、(9.66±2.49)pg/m L、(25.55±12.77)ng/m L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-17、IL-23、TGF-β可能参与了CU的发病过程,且与疾病严重程度呈正相关。 Objective To detect the levels of serum IL-17,IL-23 and TGF-β in patients with chronic urticaria(CU),and explore the diagnosis effect in UC. Methods Totally 72 CU patients in Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hos-pital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2015 to November 2016 were collected as the observation group,simultaneously,20 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The serum IL-17,IL-23 and TGF-β in both groups were detected by ELISAand analyzed comparatively. Results The levels of serum IL-17,IL-23 and TGF-β in the observation group[(3.32±1.27),(23.85±19.76),(39.95±17.90)ng/m L] were obviously higher than those in the control group[(1.89±0.74,(9.66±2.49),(25.55±12.77)ng/m L],and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion IL-17,IL-23 and TGF-β,which are positively correlatedwith the severity of UC,may participate in the pathogenesis of CU.
