基于CAN总线和WiFi通信的爬架组监控系统设计

摘要 爬架是一种应用于高层建筑的施工工具,其关键部位的参数信息对其可靠运行有着极为重要的影响,为了保障爬架的安全运行,设计了一种基于CAN总线和WiFi通信的爬架组监控系统。该系统由分控器、协调器和PC端上位机组成,通过CAN总线实现分控器和协调器间的数据传输,通过WiFi实现协调器和PC端上位机的无线通信。分控器采集爬架的参数信息并上传给协调器,协调器利用TCP/IP协议与上位机进行通信,用户可在PC端监测到整个爬架组的参数信息并进行操控。测试结果表明,该系统实时性好通信可靠,能满足监控爬架安全状况的需求,大大提高了爬架运行的安全性。 Lifting scaffold is a kind of construction tool used for high buildings.The parameter information of its key parts has very important influence on its reliable operation.In order to ensure the safe operation of lifting scaffold,a lifting scaffold group monitoring system based on CAN bus and WiFi is designed.The system consists of sub-controllers,a coordinator and PC.The data transmission between the sub-controller and the coordinator is realized through the CAN bus,and the wireless communication between the coordinator and the PC is realized through WiFi.The sub-controller collects the parameter information of the lifting scaffold and uploads it to the coordinator.The coordinator communicates with the PC by using the TCP/IP protocol.The user can monitor the parameter information of the entire lifting scaffold group on the PC and control it.The test results show that the system is reliable and has good real-time performance,which meets the needs of lifting scaffold safety monitoring,thereby greatly improves the safety of lifting scaffold.
