摘要 为建立健全土石坝安全隐患挖掘体系并实现隐患应急处理决策的数字信息化,基于B/S架构建立了土石坝安全隐患应急处理决策支持系统。该系统实现于手机软件端和在线网页端,通过对诊断资料进行信息融合分析,智能判断其隐患成因,并依据现有规范及专家咨询意见提出相应的处置对策。该系统已在多个水利工程中得到成功应用,系统功能的完善与推广对我国水库安全科学管理具有一定的推动作用。 In order to establish and improve the system on seeking and disposing hidden dangers of earth-rockfill dam,the decision system designed for seeking and disposing hidden dangers was built based on B/S. Three fields( frame of the system,function of modules and model of database) shown on the thesis are the key of the system and can be seen both on the App and Website. After the fusion analysis and intelligent diagnosis of basic safety information,the hidden dangers can be found and the decisions are ready to be made in accordance with the results,existing specifications and experts' advices. Moreover,the system has been applied in some reservoirs successfully to ensure the safe operation of the dams. Overall,the establishment and improvement of the system will be of great significance to protect the safety of reservoirs in our country.
