摘要
为解决户内电缆终端因引线通道安全距离不足造成的无法开展耐压试验的问题,设计了一种应用于室内有窗变电站中户内电缆终端开展高压电缆交流耐压试验的引线架设装置。该装置采用基于绝缘隔离管的设计方案,从线芯导体、绝缘材料、绝缘表面结构及可调支架四部分进行了模块设计,经在多条110kV电缆线路交流耐压试验中现场应用,解决了户内电缆终端耐压试验引线通道紧张,无法实现被试终端与试验设备安全相连的问题。
In order to solve the problem unable to carry out secure connection tests caused by indoor cable terminal test lead channel ten-sion, this paper design a set of high voltage cable test wire erection device used for inside cable terminal of indoor transformer substation with windows to carry out high voltage cable alternating current (AC) voltage withstand test. This device adopted the design scheme based on insulated isolation tubal. The module was designed in four parts including cable core conductor, insulating material, insulating surface structure and adjustable support. After the application of feld verifcation of AC voltage withstand tests in multi-110kV cable circuits, there is no tension for the indoor cable on the terminal voltage test of substation leads channel. The tested terminal realizes the safety connection with the testing equipment.
