双向分时需量管理和负载阻抗检测技术研究

摘要 针对目前电力资源相对紧缺的现状,研究了双向分时需量管理技术应用于用电侧用户负荷控制,从应用角度出发提出利用需量管理方案来实现合理的用户用电控制,并提出一种与需量管理相关的负载阻抗检测方案,借助该方案实现电能表内置继电器可靠控制和高阻抗安全合闸目的。经现场产品运行证明,该设计方案能实现安全、有效地错峰用电。 Aiming at the situation of power resource shortage comparatively, this paper researched the bi-directional demand management technology applied in load control for the user at power utilization side. From the perspective of application, this paper proposed to use the demand management scheme to realize the reasonable user power utilization control and gave a kind of load impedance detection solution related with the demand management. With the help of this scheme, the relay built in electric energy meter implemented the reliable control and safe closing of high impedance. The site products operation shows that this design could realize the safe and effective staggering peak power utilization.
