下向瓦斯抽采钻孔自动排水技术研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 为解决下向钻孔由于孔内积水而造成瓦斯抽采效果差的问题,通过时控开关和电磁阀自动控制高压风,在封孔管上增设直达孔底的导风管,利用压风将瓦斯抽采钻孔内积水压入到排渣放水器内,从而能够达到定时清除孔底积水和杂质的目的。该技术应用于上良煤矿石门揭煤下向抽采钻孔,经考察表明下向瓦斯抽采钻孔自动排水技术能有效提高瓦斯抽采效果,该地质单元区域设定为每隔4 h进行一次压风排水效果最佳。 The effects of gas drainage was bad due to the water accumulation in the downward boreholes,to solve this problem,the high pressure air was controlled automatically by high voltage switch and solenoid valve,air guide tube to the bottom of boreholes was added on the sealing tube,the water accumulated in the gas drainage boreholes was transmitted into the slag discharge device,so as to reach the purpose of timing remove hole bottom water and impurities. This technology was applied in the downward gas drainage boreholes in cross-cut uncovering coal in Shangliang Coal Mine,the investigation showed that the automatic drainage technology by using downward gas drainage boreholes can effectively improve the effect of the gas drainage,and the drainage effect is best when the water pumping by compressed air was operated for every four hours.
