永兴煤矿通风阻力测定及分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用气压计基点测定法按标准要求在主要路线上布置了28个测点对永兴煤矿通风系统进行阻力测定,主要路线全长4 330.50 m,矿井通风总阻力为1 854.48 Pa,其中进风段阻力为473.51 Pa,占总阻力25.53%,用风段阻力为337.17 Pa,占总阻力18.18%,回风段阻力为1 043.80 Pa,占总阻力56.29%,矿井等积孔为0.824 m^2,测定相对误差为3.63%。测定结果表明:永兴煤矿通风难易程度为"困难"。根据阻力分布情况,提出降阻减耗措施,为矿井通风系统优化改造提供参考依据。 Taking the method of means of barometer,28 measurement points were arranged on the main route,according to the standard requirement,and the resistance of the ventilation system of Yongxing Coal Mine was determined. The main route is 4 330. 50 m,the total resistance of mine ventilation is 1 854. 48 Pa. Among them,the resistance of the inlet air segment was 473. 51 Pa,accounted for 25. 53% of the total resistance,and the resistance of the air segment was 337. 17 Pa,which accounted for 18. 18% of the total resistance,and the resistance of the return air was 1 043. 80 Pa,which accounted for 56. 29% of the total resistance. The mine equivalent orifice is 0. 824 m^2,the relative error of this determination was 3. 63%. The results show that the ventilation difficulty of Yongxing Coal Mine is difficult. According to the distribution of resistance and proposing countermeasure to reduce the drag and loss,which provides reference basis for optimization of mine ventilation system.
