摘要
冲击地压与瓦斯复合动力灾害严重影响工作面正常回采,为了有效防治高瓦斯特厚煤层综放工作面回采初期、单面见方区域、周期来压等"三方危险区域"冲击地压与瓦斯共同作用下动力灾害,合理确定"三方危险区域"位置,结合工作面正常回采现状,研究提出综放工作面过"三方危险区域"时冲击地压与瓦斯复合动力灾害防治关键技术。现场试验结果表明:顶板和煤体冲击地压与瓦斯复合动力灾害得到有效的防治,保证了工作面回采期间顶板垮落及时,工作面隅角、架后瓦斯不超过0.5%,回风流瓦斯浓度不超过0.2%,工作面日抽采瓦斯纯量达8 000 m^3,工作面瓦斯抽采率达到70%,研究为类似矿井提供了借鉴。
Rock burst and gas hybrid disasters seriously affect the normal mining working face,in order to effectively control the outburst danger and dynamic disasters of "area with three hazards",and to determine the location of "area with three hazards",combined with the normal mining status of the working face,the key technologies for the prevention and control of combined pressure disaster of rock burst and gas were put forward when the fully-mechanized caving face passes through the "area with three hazards". The results of the field test show that,the impact of ground pressure and gas complex dynamic disaster has been effectively controlled,and has ensured the roof collapse in time. The gas concentration in corner on working face and near the supports did not exceed 0. 5%,gas concentration in return air was not more than 0. 2%,gas extraction purity was about 8 000 m^3 per day,gas extraction rate of working face was about70%,all this can provide a reference for similar coal mines.
