摘要
根据不同工艺条件下产生的含氯废弃物焚烧的工艺特点,设计了焚烧后烟气中HCl的吸收、解吸、提浓、精制工艺流程,制备高品质盐酸,吸收后的烟气经碱洗后可达标排放。烟气中HCl的吸收工艺为:一级等温吸收→多级绝热吸收→尾气碱洗;杂质含量较少的稀盐酸的提浓精制工艺:稀盐酸一级过滤→高纯气体提浓→HCl吸收;杂质含量较多的稀盐酸的提浓精制工艺:变压精馏解吸提浓→HCl再吸收及加盐精馏解吸提浓→HCl在吸收过程,该提浓精制技术避免了单纯精馏存在的HCl提浓困难、盐酸品质较差等弊端,适宜工业化推广应用。
In this paper,the absorption,desorption,enrichment and refining process of HCl in flue gas after incineration were studied according to the process characteristics of chlorine waste incineration produced under different process conditions. The high quality hydrochloric acid was prepared,alkaline washing can be up to standard discharge standards. The absorption process of HCl in flue gas is: firstorder isothermal absorption-multi-stage adiabatic absorption-tail gas caustic washing; dilute hydrochloric acid with less impurity concentration refining process: dilute hydrochloric acid primary filtration-high purity gas enrichment-HCl absorption; impurity content of dilute hydrochloric acid refinement refining process: that is,pressure distillation desorption concentrated-HCl re-absorption and salt distillation desorption enrichment-HCl in the absorption process,the refinement of refined technology to avoid a simple distillation of the existence of HCl enrichment difficulties,poor quality of hydrochloric acid and other defects,suitable for industrial applications.
