海洋环境中油气集输管道的腐蚀与防护

Corrosion and protection of oil and gas gathering pipeline in marine environment

为了研究油气集输管道在海洋中的腐蚀情况及保护方法,结合现有的海洋油气集输管道腐蚀情况数据以及管道防腐措施,阐述了海洋环境可能对管道产生的影响,介绍了海洋中管道的腐蚀情况,并总结了海底管道的腐蚀类型,根据腐蚀类型提出相应的防腐措施。在此基础上,展望未来海洋管道的发展方向。研究表明:需要加强海底管道自防腐设备的研制以及对海底地形的控制,为了保障集输管网的安全,还需要加强对海底地形控制的研究,以及研制新型的除污设备和防腐设备。

In order to study the corrosion and protection of oil and gas gathering pipeline in the ocean,combined with the existing offshore oil and gas gathering pipeline corrosion data and anticorrosion measures,this paper expounded the influence of marine environment on pipeline,introduced the corrosion of marine pipeline,and summarized the types of corrosion of the submarine pipeline,according to the type of corrosion,corresponding anti-corrosion measures were put forward. On this basis,the future direction of the development of marine pipelines is expected. The research shows that: we need to strengthen the development of submarine pipeline self corrosion protection equipment and control the seafloor topography. In order to ensure the safety of the gathering pipeline network,we need to strengthen the research on the control of the seafloor topography,and develop new type of decontamination equipment and anti-corrosion equipment.
