高埋深向斜轴部泥岩巷道维控实践

摘要 以位于向斜轴部的陈四楼煤矿九采区皮带下山平巷段为工程对象,在介绍其工程地质条件的基础上,分析向斜构造、原岩应力、空间关系、围岩条件对其变形破坏的影响,针对各影响因素并借鉴以往经验提出"锚网喷+锚索"先喷后锚先让压再复喷成巷的新型支护方案,设计与之配套的施工工艺流程,确保支护质量,并进行矿压观测。矿压观测分析表明新型支护方案与工艺流程能够满足九采区轨道下山平巷段的支护要求。 Based on Chensilou Coal Mine in nine mining area was located in the syncline axis belt down roadway section as the object of engineering,the introduction on the basis of the engineering geological conditions,analysis of the syncline structure,the original rock stress,spatial relations,the influence of the conditions on the deformation and failure of surrounding rock,to all the factors and draw lessons from past experience "spray anchor net and anchor rope"first after spray anchor make appropriate pressure again after injection into the alley,the new support scheme,design and form a complete set of construction technology and procedure,to ensure the quality of support,and carry on underground pressure observation. The analysis of mine pressure shows that the new support scheme and process can meet the support requirement of the tunnel of the nine mining area.
