摘要
研究了马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)对木塑复合材料的吸水性、耐白腐性、耐褐腐性等性能的影响。试验表明,添加MAPP的木塑复合材料的饱和吸水率小于未添加MAPP复合材料的饱和吸水率,但均远远小于木材的饱和吸水率;MAPP的酐官能团和毛白杨木粉的羟基发生了酯化反应,减少了羟基数量,从而抑制了吸水后的厚度膨胀;木塑复合材料的耐白腐性和耐褐腐性远远高于毛白杨,木塑复合材料表面孔洞随木粉含量的增加而增多,菌丝覆盖且表面更加不平整,耐白腐性和耐褐腐性降低。
The effect of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene( MAPP) on the water absorption,white-rot fungi-resistance and brown-rot fungi-resistance of wood/plastic composites is studied,with the test result showing that the saturated water absorption of the wood/plastic composites with MAPP added is smaller than that of the wood/plastic composites with no MAPP added,but far smaller than the saturated water absorption of wood; the anhydride functional groups of MAPP had esterification reaction with the hydroxyl of white poplar powder,reducing the quantity of hydroxyls,thereby inhibiting the thickness swelling after water absorption; the white-rot fungi-resistance and brown-rot fungiresistance are far higher than those of white poplar. The number of pores in the surface of wood/plastic composites increases with the wood power content,with mycelium covering,surface being more uneven,white-rot fungi-resistance and brown-rot fungi-resistance reduced.
