摘要
以某数控立式车床横梁电机座为例,通过ProE进行参数化建模,通过ANSYS Workbench与ProE的参数传递获得待确定的参数变量,确定多个优化目标及参数变量的取值范围,采用遗传算法确定电机座的具体尺寸,将其与经验设计进行对比,最终获得最优的设计方案。
Taking a vertical CNC lathe beam motor frame as an example,parametric modeling is conducted through ProE,and the parameter transfer between ANSYS Workbench and ProE is utilized to obtain the parameter variables to be determined and determine the value taking scope of multiple optimization objectives and parameter variables. A genetic algorithm is used to determine the correct size of the motor frame and compare it with empirical design to finally obtain the optimal design scheme.
