摘要
为验证观音岩水电站泄水建筑物泄洪的安全性,通过泄水建筑物水工模型泄流试验,分析泄水建筑物的各种泄流工况。试验结果表明:明渠表孔在校核水位下运行安全性可以得到保证;双泄中孔在正常水位泄洪本身是安全的;当溢洪道泄洪量大于3 500 m3/s时,泄槽段水流平顺稳定,掺气坎通气顺畅,水流掺气充分,同时溢洪道水舌落点基本位于河道中心,无冲砸岸坡现象,故建议溢洪道最小起挑泄流流量为3 500 m3/s。
In order to verify the discharge safety of water release structure of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station the hydraulicmodel discharge test of water release structure is used to analyze various discharge conditions. The test results show that thesafe operation of open channel orifices can be guaranteed under the check water level and the double drainage orifices aresafe at the normal water level. When the flood discharge of spillway is more than 3500m3/ s the sluice water flow is stable the aerator ventilation is smooth and water aeration is sufficient meanwhile the water tongue of spillway is basically locatedat the center of channel without impact on bank slope. Therefore it is suggested that the minimum discharge flow of thespillway is 3500m3/ s.
