摘要
在水电站优化调度中,确定性优化调度是基于来水条件已知情况下的优化计算,是以过去实测径流资料为基础的。鉴于河川径流的随机性,水库实际运行时的未来径流变化不可能重复以往的径流序列,水库运行更需要的是具体数值上的方案指导,针对这一问题,从确定性优化调度所得的几个物理量的相关性分析上着手,提出了可运用于指导实际的调度规则——调度函数,以天生桥一级水电站为对象进行实例研究,其结果证明了该方法的有效性和优越性。
The determination of optimal dispatching in the hydropower station is the optimal calculation based on the giveninflow conditions and the past measured runoff data. In view of the uncertain runoff the future runoff variation can not repeatthe past runoff sequence in the actual reservoir operation. More specific guidance on numerical scheme is required for thereservoir operation. In order to solve the problem correlation analysis on several physical quantities derived from thedetermination of optimal scheduling is made to provide dispatching function which can be used to guide the actual dispatchingrules. By taking Tianshengqiao Cascade-I Hydropower Station as an example the study is carried out and its result provesthat the above method is effective and advantageous.
