摘要 高水头混流式水轮机由于尺寸小、重量轻、能量指标高等优点已成为高水头水电站的首选,在解决高水头机组运行中碰到的水轮机稳定性、磨蚀、导叶漏水量过大、工地安装困难、机组振动摆度过大等难题中发挥了重要作用。笔者结合高水头混流式水轮机技术在南椰2电站的应用,对基础模型选择及优化、长短叶片转轮技术优势、水轮机参数选择、模型试验、技术难题及对策等进行了回顾、分析和总结。 High-head Francis turbine has become the first choice for high-head hydropower station due to its advantages ofsmall size light weight and high energy index. It plays an important role in solving the problems during operation such asturbine stability abrasion excessive leakage of guide vanes difficult installation on site large vibration of the high-headunits and so on. Based on the application of high - head Francis turbine technology in Nam Ngiep II Power Station thefollowing aspects on selection and optimization of basic model technical advantages of splitter -blade runner selection ofturbine parameters model test technical difficulties and countermeasures are analyzed and summarized in this paper.
