摘要
为满足高地震区结构安全需要,弧形闸门支铰梁与启闭机泵站闸房梁通过后墙相连接呈整体,形成超大断面深梁结构形式。该结构采用构造简单、经济合理、施工方便的钢结构支撑排架。为保证深梁施工顺利进行,经过受力分析计算,选择合适的施工参数,并在施工过程中采取有效的安全监测、混凝土分层浇筑等技术措施,落实模板起拱、承重排架拆除等相关规范规定,消除安全风险,保证了施工质量。
In order to ensure the structure safety in high seismic region deep trunnion beam of radial gate and brake beam ofhoist pumping station are connected with the rear wall to form a deep beam structure with a super-large section. The structureis of steel bent frame with simple structure economical cost and convenient construction. The suitable constructionparameters are selected through force analysis and calculation to ensure the smooth construction of deep beam. Furthermore the effective technical measures for monitoring safety pouring concrete and others are adopted in the construction process meanwhile the relevant specifications and regulations on template arching bearing bent removal etc. are implemented so asto ensure the construction quality and eliminate safety risk.
