Its purposeis to make the new unit more safe and stable with better performance when compared with the old one. With the joint effortsfrom design company equipment manufacturer and construction company the new unit after operation is safer more stableand quiet than the old one through improvement of five aspects on preventive measures to achieve the expected effects ofcapacity increase and safe and reliable operation. It indicates that the preventive measures against cavitation erosion have beenvery successful.
