摘要
文章介绍菲律宾AGUSVI电站1、2号机组从25 MW增至34.5 MW(单机容量)后,为防止负荷变化加剧水轮机空蚀而采取的预防措施。采取的措施使增容改造后新机组的运行比旧机组更加安全稳定,机组性能比旧机组还要优越。经过设计单位、设备厂家及施工单位的共同努力,通过五个方面的预防措施,使新机组在运行后较旧机组运行更为安全平稳,且比旧机组之前的运行噪音降低很多,措施达到了预期的效果,既实现了增容目标,又满足了机组安全可靠运行要求,说明空蚀预防措施做得非常成功。
After the unit capacity of Philippines AGUS VI 1 # and 2 # units is increased to 34. 5MW from 25MW it isnecessary to take preventive measures against cavitation erosion of hydraulic turbine caused by capacity increase. Its purposeis to make the new unit more safe and stable with better performance when compared with the old one. With the joint effortsfrom design company equipment manufacturer and construction company the new unit after operation is safer more stableand quiet than the old one through improvement of five aspects on preventive measures to achieve the expected effects ofcapacity increase and safe and reliable operation. It indicates that the preventive measures against cavitation erosion have beenvery successful.
