摘要 目前国内水力发电厂设置的水位站均为外站,而且绝大多数都是采用在河岸修建水位塔的形式,采用太阳能板形式充放电以维持模块电压供给。水位站长年暴露荒郊野外,无人看管值守,管理混乱,给水力发电厂安全生产带来了诸多不可控因素,特别是汛期,不可控因素甚至会严重威胁着水电站水库库区上下游人民的生命财产安全,成为水力发电厂每年必须投入大力气解决的首要问题。为此,沙沱发电厂针对野外水位站管理问题提出了"7S管理"模式,有效控制了水位站的运行,提高水位计运行效率,为水电站水库优化调度提供坚实的基础性支持。 At present gauging stations set up in domestic hydropower plants are all external stations. Most of them are in theform of building water level towers on the river bank and are charged and discharged by solar panels to maintain modulevoltage supply. Gauging stations are exposed outdoors for a long time unattended in chaotic management resulting in manyuncontrollable problems for the safe operation of hydropower plants that would endanger people's life and property upstreamand downstream the reservoir in flood season in particular which shall be solved in great effort in priority. The ? 7Smanagement mode is proposed for the management of the field gauging station in Shatuo Power Plant which effectivelycontrols the operation of the gauging station improves the operating efficiency of the water level gauge and provides a solidbasic support for optimal operation of the hydropower station? s reservoir.
